Refund policy
At HukumSaa, we take pride in the quality of the tech we curate. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your digital domain, we’re here to make the return process as seamless as possible.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories.

A valid proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and technical reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

In-ear headphones/earbuds (if the seal is broken).

Software products or digital downloads.
-
Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page.

Products showing signs of physical damage or liquid ingress caused by the user.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS
We take extra care in packaging, but if your gadget arrives damaged or defective:

Include a clear unboxing video and photos of the defect.

Once verified, we will arrange a priority replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. THE RETURN PROCESS

Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping instructions.

Pickup/Shipping: [We will arrange a reverse pickup / The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to us].

Inspection: Once we receive the item, our technicians will inspect it to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
5. REFUNDS

Approval: After inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Timing: Please allow 5-14 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. EXCHANGES
If you would prefer an exchange for a different model or color, please specify this in your initial email. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If there is a price difference, we will provide a payment link or refund the balance accordingly.
7. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For Defective/Wrong Items: HukumSaa covers all shipping costs.

For "Change of Mind" Returns: [The customer is responsible for return shipping fees / We offer a flat-rate return fee of ₹99]. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
