1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Note: You will receive a notification once your order has shifted from "Processing" to "Shipped."
2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We partner with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your tech arrives securely.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order.
3. TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. You can monitor your package’s journey in real-time as it makes its way to your digital domain.
4. DELIVERY ISSUES & DELAYS
While we strive for perfection, occasionally delays may occur due to:

Courier partner delays or "Force Majeure" events (weather, strikes, etc.).

Incorrect address details provided at checkout.
If your package is delayed: Please allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting us. If your tracking status hasn't updated in 3 days, reach out to hukumsaa.in@gmail.com with your order number.
5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your gadget arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 24-48 hours of delivery. We require a clear unboxing video or photos of the packaging and the item to process a priority replacement.
6. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, HukumSaa ships ONLY WITHIN INDIA.

7. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for the second attempt.
