Welcome to HukumSaa. This website is operated by HukumSaa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to HukumSaa. By accessing our website and/or purchasing gadgets from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. ACCOUNT TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature. A breach or violation of any Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. HukumSaa does not store your full card details or banking passwords.

3. PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

We strive to ensure that product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that descriptions are error-free.
Due to screen calibrations, the actual color of a gadget may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity. If your payment is processed and the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically processed within 3-10 business days, but can extend to 30+ days for international shipping.
Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. HukumSaa is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, customs, or weather conditions.
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy is valid for 7 days following delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the gadget must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refund processing typically takes 5-7 business days once the item is inspected and approved.

7. PROHIBITED USES

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.
To infringe upon our intellectual property (including our brand name and designs).
To upload malicious code or harvest the personal information of other users.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

HukumSaa shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct/indirect damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of any of our products.
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the price paid for the product that gave rise to the claim.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India.
